Iowa Support Master is sold per lawyer user.

Licensees of Iowa Support Master are not allowed to alter the firm and or lawyer names as prepared by the software. Each program is licensed and registered for use by named lawyers. It is a violation of your license and our copyright to produce forms for lawyers who are not licensed to use the software. Iowa Support Master is protected by copyright. It may not be shared, reproduced or altered in any manner.

SOLE PRACTITIONERS: If you are a sole practitioner, purchase the single user version. Your clerks and support staff may use your license to prepare and print the forms so long as the name of the lawyer licensed to use the program appears on the form as the preparer. You may not alter the licensee on the forms.

LAW FIRMS AND PARTNERSHIPS: A law firm is a business entity (ie. partnership, LLC, PC) formed by one or more lawyers to engage in the practice of law. The formation of a business entity, for example, to share common space, secretarial staff, etc. does not constitute a law firm partnership for volume pricing. A Law Firm/Partnership includes the full and unlimited disclosure and sharing of client files between lawyers, the sharing of conflict information and maintaining an office trust account into which all retainers of all member lawyers are deposited. If your arrangement does not allow such, then you may not take advantage of the volume pricing. If you claim to be a law firm partnership, you may take advantage of our volume license program. For example, a partnership of five lawyers and two lawyers will use the program, order the 2 user version. Your clerks and support staff may use your license to prepare and print the forms so long as the name of a licensed lawyer appears as the preparer of the form. You may not alter the name of the licensed lawyer on the form.

LAWYERS IN THE SAME BUILDING: If you are not in a law firm partnership, see definition above, each lawyer must purchase their own version of the software.

ASSOCIATION OF LAWYERS: If you are not in a law firm partnership, see definition above, each lawyer must purchase their own version of the software. Sharing phones, secretaries, space, etc., does not qualify for a volume price discount on the software.
