I need to download the 2008 Program, This process will work so long as you enter the Email address you used when you ordered the software.	About Iowa Support Master and Alft & Wilson Publishing. How do we install the program on an Apple Mac computer?
Problems viewing and printing documents. Need the 2007 registration code. Need the 2008 registration code. Need an older version of the program.	How do we know if you received our PayPal payment? Look for an Email from PayPal confirming your order. If so, we received a copy. If you cannot find it, check your spam filter. Our firm name changed. What do we do?

Install on computers that are not connected to the Internet.	There are five lawyers in our building and each have own firm name. May we use the volume discount? No.
